FRCH, a global design and architectural firm, wanted to boost its visibility among merchandising and design staff and key decision makers at a wide range of retailers and hospitality companies. They sought Freeman out to develop a distinct FRCH story that would help is stand out in its trade universe and turbocharge media publicity. We designed a two-pronged strategy combining “blocking and tackling” with big-picture thinking.
First, we needed to generate coverage of signature FRCH design projects by providing targeted industry publications with in-depth information about the inspiring environments the firm creates. Next, we sought to position FRCH as a thought leader by creating a series of bylined opinion pieces on timely topics and shopping them to a variety of industry media for potential coverage. After one year on the job, we delivered a long list of results.
